ISOS is Vincent L. Gadreau’s solo project. Founder of Canadian prog rock band Inner Odyssey in which he plays the guitars
and back vocals, Vincent decided to start a side project with his personal compositions in early 2013.
Since the release of the album in March 2014, VLG has been busy promoting and marketing ISOS, while simultaneously composing new material for Inner Odyssey's next album.

Ein so seltsames Album ist mir lange nicht mehr untergekommen. Der Track „Blood Of The Rose“ lässt den Hörer die Stirn in Falten ziehen. Eine zuckersüße, liebliche, kitschige Melodie dringt an das Ohr des Hörers. So säuselt der Song eine Weile vor sich hin, bis er plötzlich etwa bei Halbzeit (es handelt sich um einen 10minüter) komplett die Stimmung wechselt und plötzlich mit zupackender Gitarre und Sprech-Gesang in einen floydige Bluesrock-Hymne umschlägt... sehr kurios! Rick certainly wears his inner Gilmour on his sleeve... and I don't mind a bit. I also detect generous batches of Hayward here and there. Again, I have no objections. Rick is an accomplished composer and musician, and I unhesitatingly recommend all five records in my collection.

BBT are standard bearers for modern prog, with a sound that evokes the spirit of those legendary 70s bands whilst managing to also be thoroughly contemporary. It's astonishing that over 30 minutes of music of this quality, with such high production values, is being made available for free - and their full albums are also very reasonably priced...
